  • Purchases Are Final: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • License for Use: When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or distributing content is strictly prohibited.

  • No Guarantees: While our digital products aim to provide valuable information, we do not guarantee any specific results.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change at any time.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We do not store or process payment details.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Health Coaching Programs: Refunds for coaching services are subject to the terms outlined in the Coaching Agreement signed before enrollment.

  • Digital Products: Since digital products are instantly accessible, no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise specified.

  • Missed Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, graphics, logos, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of Ignite Preventive Health and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • You may not use any of our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

7. Website Use & Prohibited Activities
