Living in a golfer’s paradise, I’ve seen how common elbow pain can be. But this condition can be also caused by other activities that involve repetitive use of the hands and forearms.

Early in my massage therapy career, I experienced Golfer’s Elbow myself. Within two weeks of using targeted self-treatment, it fully resolved and it never came back in over 11 years of practice.
